As part of our Community Theatre work, we often produce Passion Plays and Nativity Plays. These are site specific productions, taking Theatre outside and into communities. Working with people in local areas from all walks of life is one of the exciting aspects of our work where the process is often as important as the end product. We love seeing people who have never acted before, find new talents and skills and make new friends whilst producing a high quality production.

Our open air Nativity plays are magical events, telling the Christmas story in imaginative ways, weaving in and out of audiences in the streets and churches. We have produced both traditional and modern productions including a modern version written by Rob Drummond for Edinburgh, using Festival Square as the backdrop.
